Space is provided for a refrigerator and dishwasher. Most of the units have 2 bedrooms with attached garage. See below for typical floor plan. View videos of our facilities and types of accommodaton here The villas are provided on a loan/lease arrangement where the occupant pays an entry fee of approx. $140,000 - $165,000, which is refundable less a small retention fee of 5% per annum for the first 5 years. In addition there is a maintenance charge to cover council rates, water, insurance, gardening etc, which is increased twice a year in line with pension increases. There is a residents committee which is encouraged to have input into the running of the complex. The village has a bus and villa residents are invited to attend organised activities of the village. Residents are also invited to the daily activities and other services of the village. A regular bus service stops at the front gate.
