Self Contained Units

There are 18 Villas constructed of brick and tile, provided with carpets, security screens to all windows and doors, kitchen with built in cupboards and electric stove. Space is provided for a refrigerator and dishwasher. Most of the units have 2 bedrooms with attached garage. See below for typical floor plan.

PLAN:

The villas are provided on a loan/lease arrangement where the occupant pays an entry fee of approx $140,000 -$165000, which is refundable less a small retention fee of 5% per annum for the first 5 years. In addition there is a maintenance charge  to cover council rates, water, insurance, gardening etc, which is increased annually at budget time.

There is a  residents committee which is encouraged to have input into the running of the complex. The village has a bus and villa residents are invited to attend organised activities of the village. Residents are also invited to the daily activities and other services of the village. A regular bus service stops at the front gate. Extensive gardens are maintained for the enjoyment of all residents.
