Accreditation and CertificationThe Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency conducts on site inspections and audits of all facilities that provide residential care. This is to ensure that residents receive the best possible care. We have always received reports indicating that we fully comply with 44 standards of care, in both high care and low care. There are ongoing "spot checks" by the Agency. We are proud of our Quality Improvement Programme which seeks to be ever-increasing in our quality of care. Certification Our buildings are modern and meet the strict requirements of the Building Code of Australia and the Commonwealth Certification which measures fire safety, privacy, access, climate control comfort, lighting, ventilation and security. |
