Storm Retirement Village
Welcome to our facility, a residential aged care facility. Storm Retirement Village is a ministry of
the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle, based in Taree on the mid north coast of NSW.
Our vision is to provide
"Continuing Care in a Christian Environment".
The organisation has its own locally based board of directors (Chairman: The Reverend Milton Fowell),
which is responsible for the management and operation of the facility. Storm Village is registered
under the Charitable Fundraising Act and is a Public Benevolent Institution.
Many Facilities to Accommodate You
We care for over 150 people every day, in accommodation ranging from self-care villas to hostel type and high care nursing home accommodation. Community Care of the aged in their own homes is also an important
part of our service.
Our village is an 'Ageing in Place' combined facility where the care level increases as your
needs increase.
